Complete Besan Manufacturing Process

1. Raw Material Cleaning

The process begins with cleaning raw chana (Bengal gram).

Process:

  • Removal of dust, stones, sand, and foreign particles.

  • Cleaning is done using Vibratory Cleaners and Destoners.

2. Grading

Uniform grain size is important for proper grinding.

  • Chana is graded according to size.
